Join the club
Visitors and beginners are always welcome — your first two meetings are free.
How it works
Just show up to any meeting. Introduce yourself, try a shave horse, make some shavings. If you like it (you will), membership is:
- $25 / year per person, or $35 / year for a household
- Dues cover tool maintenance, pavilion fees, and wood-day gas money
Members get use of club tools at meetings, first call on wood-day billets, and a vote on what the club builds next.
What to bring
Nothing, the first time. If you have a sloyd knife, a hatchet, or safety glasses, bring them. Closed-toe shoes are the only rule.
